personal goals
The only reason I am alive and here on this earth today is because of God. Everything I do is to glorify Him. Right now I am working toward my bachelors at Drury University, where I am set to graduate in the spring of 2020 with a dual major in both English and Writing. From there, my dream is to be an editor/publisher for a company I admire. Originally, my dream was to work for Penguin Random House in London, England, but my vision has slowly started to shift. Right now I see myself honoring the Lord most at a Christian publishing company. God-willing, my goal is to intern and eventually work for a company that fits this description. In addition to my career goals, I hope to one day be the mother of a pug named Pickle and a German Shepard named Rocket. I hope to teach myself how to cook more than ramen and frozen pizza. I hope to build meaningful relationships everywhere I go. Above everything else, I hope to spread the light and love of God in the process of doing everything His plan grants me to do.
